Construction Career Day The Construction Industry & Career Exploration Event!
Nevada Contractors Association's annual Construction Career Day showcases career opportunities in the construction trades, management, public works agencies, engineering firms, architecture and other related fields to educate middle and high school students on the infinite opportunities available to them after high school. This is the largest industry specific event offered to high school students in southern Nevada. Over 1,000 Clark County School District students attended in 2022. Registration will open on our website calendar in May, 2023.
2023, we hope to be hosting Construction Career Day on October 20th, at CSN's North Las Vegas Campus. *The NCA is dedicated to keeping our community safe and will follow all necessary safety guidelines and protocols.
Why Should Students Attend?
Construction Career Day gives students the opportunity to engage with construction professionals in a setting where they can ask questions and get information about different construction fields.
Students will participate in hands-on activities using tools, high-tech gadgets, and their creative minds.
Students will get a chance to learn more about CSN's programs and facilities, including their planetarium and drone demonstrations!
Informative presentations for teachers and students will provide insight into different career opportunities and the different paths students can take to achieve their goals!
