OSHA 501

The focus of this Trainer course is to prepare students to teach the 10 and 30 Hour Outreach classes. Course time is spent learning and practicing adult training techniques. Students will participate in the development and delivery of lectures during class. Thorough knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards (CFR 1910) is required. Upon successful course completion, students become authorized OSHA Trainers in the 10 and 30 Hour Outreach Programs. Laptop recommended.

Please note: 4 Day Class (2/13 8:00am - 4:30pm thru 2/16 8:00am - 4:30pm) 

Note: IMPORTANT - ONLINE ENROLLMENT IS NOT PERMITTED. A Verification of Prerequisite Form must be sent in, along with your OSHA 511 documentation, to obtain approval to attend the course. Please visit osha.ucsd.edu/LasVegas for more information.

OSHA 30

The OSHA 30-hour Construction Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in the construction industry. Specifically devised for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors; the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues.

Each student will receive a copy of 29 CFR OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry Manual.

CLASS WILL BE PRESENTED IN ENGLISH ONLY. (Student must read, write and understand English)
