About the Program
The Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM) Training Program provides construction professionals with structured education on stormwater pollution prevention, regulatory requirements, and best management practices related to construction activities. Offered by the Nevada Contractors Association, the program supports individuals responsible for implementing, monitoring, and documenting stormwater controls on active job sites.
The program is available in initial and refresher formats to support both first-time training and ongoing qualification.

WPCM – Initial Course (16 Hours)Format: In-person classroom instruction
Outcome: Certificate of Completion documenting 16 hours of training
Designed for individuals who have not previously completed WPCM training and require full initial instruction.

WPCM – Refresher Course (8 Hours)Format: In-person classroom instruction or fully online, self-paced
Outcome: Certificate of Completion documenting 8 hours of refresher training
Designed for individuals who have completed the 16-hour WPCM course and need to refresh knowledge or maintain qualification.
