Ambassador Committee
Chair: Tricia Herrera, Sunstate Equipment Company
Staff Liaison: Rebecca Micco
*Promote the association, its members and the construction industry through mentoring programs, media relations, advertising, community involvement and association events. Primary responsibilities include the recruitment of new members, the retention of current members, increasing member involvement with the association, and encouraging networking and business relationships between members.

Open to up & coming professionals to exchange ideas, share best practices and heighten leadership skills. CLC is responsible for making an impact on the community, improve industry skills, create long lasting relationships, and become the driving force of tomorrow's leaders.

Marketing and recruitment of young and energetic construction workforce armed with today's cutting edge technology. This committee helps inform students of the various rewarding construction careers in the Las Vegas valley by hosting Construction Career Day, S.T.E.A.M., SkillsUSA, school career fairs, and other construction related events. In addition, promoting our Michael T. Martin Scholarship that is awarded to a student(s) pursuing further education or training in a construction related discipline.

The Nevada Contractors Association’s DCC (Developing Contractors Council) is comprised of general contractors, subcontractors, and professional services and suppliers in the Southern Nevada construction industry who are committed to helping our emerging contractors achieve their business goals. The Council provides growth and opportunities through networking, training and education, and advocacy for emerging contractors.

The Permits & Inspections Committee is a forum for contractors to engage with building departments, fire officials, and utility providers on permitting and inspection processes. Members receive timely updates, discuss challenges, and work toward streamlining procedures while building stronger industry relationships.
