Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Cancellations received seven (7) calendar days or more prior to the course start date are eligible for a 100% refund; cancellations received within seven (7) calendar days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
At the Nevada Contractors Association’s discretion, registrations may be considered for transfer to a future session of the same course when a participant is unable to attend. Transfer requests must be submitted prior to the course start date and are subject to availability.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
For online courses, refunds are not available once course access has been issued.
If a course is canceled by the Nevada Contractors Association, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
