The Nevada Contractors Association provides a strong and effective voice on legislative issues through involvement in the political process on the national, state and local levels. The association’s members lobby and educate elected and appointed officials with the aim of ensuring the construction industry does not become over-regulated and unduly burdened by government. The Las Vegas AGC Build PAC works within the state electoral process to further the goals of the Association by supporting and opposing candidates seeking election and working side by side with elected officials on lasting legislation for the industry.

All PAC contributors are recognized at association events, on the NCA website, and highlighted in the monthly Construction Connection. Members who contribute at the Donor level or higher retain voting rights on the political issues our association addresses during the year.
